Join us for the Project Expo & Award Ceremony of the Junior Project Manager Program 2025, a national youth initiative delivered in collaboration with the Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure UAE.

This event celebrates young talent, creativity, and structured thinking. Secondary school students will showcase real-world innovation and sustainability projects they have developed from idea to prototype, guided by industry mentors and trained using the Little Project Manager framework.

About the Event
  • 8 student teams from leading UAE schools will compete by presenting their projects
  • Each team has worked through ideation, planning, prototyping, and presentation
  • The event brings together students, parents, educators, mentors, partners, and government representatives
Event Agenda
Our goal is to deliver value to our client through high-quality services
  • 10:00 AM – Project Expo
    • Students present their project prototypes at dedicated tables
    • Guests are welcome to walk around, ask questions, and interact directly with the teams
    • Celebrate students’ creativity, teamwork, and confidence as they explain their ideas and solutions
  • 11:00 AM – Opening & Award Ceremony
    Welcome address by the Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure UAE
    Short inspirational talks by two specially invited guest speakers
    Award Ceremony, including:
    • Best Innovative Solution
    • Best Sustainability Solution
    • Special Jury Award

Meet the Junior Project Manager Program—where secondary‑school students (age 14–16) learn, plan, and deliver real projects for leading Dubai companies.

From the first brainstorming session to the finale stage, they transform ideas into impact—guided by certified mentors and industry experts.

  • Team-Based Challenge
    Secondary-school students (ages 14–16) form teams to solve real-world challenges.
  • The competition
    Over several months (November to February), each team works on project, culminating in a final presentation and awards ceremony.
  • Learning Project Management
    Students learn the fundamentals of project management with Lego, guided by professionals and mentors.
  • Learning Real World Projects
    Site Tour and Projects Case Studies from Program Sponsors & Partners.

October – Team Nominations
Schools submit up to five students.
November – Bootcamp
Lego based workshop introducing PM fundamentals.
Mid Nov → Jan – Project Execution
Student teams tackle project briefs with mentor check‑ins.
January - Case Study & Site Visit
Industry leader company site visit and real projects case study.
February – Grand Finale
Conference, project expo, and awards.
