We’re excited to welcome your child to the Junior Project Manager Program (Junior PM) — a national initiative powered by the Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure - UAE, that empowers students aged 14–16 to develop innovative, sustainable projects and showcase them during UAE Innovates 2026.

I consent to my child participating in the Junior Project Manager Program 2025.
I agree that my child will:
  • Attend project management training sessions either in school or at designated facilities (e.g., Ministry offices).
  • Participate in online activities, including:
  • The Opening Ceremony (20 November 2025)
  • Weekly check-in and mentorship sessions (December–January)
  • Training calls and team collaboration meetings
I understand my child will work with a team on a real-world project in the area of sustainability and innovation, requiring ~3–4 hours/week from December to early February.
I agree that my child will:
  • Participate in the Project Showcase at the Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure on 3 February 2026
  • Attend the Final Award Ceremony in person
I give permission for my child to attend a site visit to a UAE-based company, where they will learn about innovative and sustainable projects.
I give permission for my child to be photographed and filmed during the program.
I consent to the use of images/videos featuring my child for official Junior PM social media, brochures, website, and other promotional content.
All information provided will be treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of delivering the program.

  • Team-Based Challenge
    Secondary-school students (ages 14–16) form teams to solve real-world challenges.
  • The competition
    Over several months (November to February), each team works on project, culminating in a final presentation and awards ceremony.
  • Learning Project Management
    Students learn the fundamentals of project management with Lego, guided by professionals and mentors.

October – Team Nominations
Schools submit up to five students.
November – Bootcamp
Lego based workshop introducing PM fundamentals.
