Moral, Social, and Cultural Framework Units
Little PM helps schools bring the UAE Moral, Social, and Cultural (MSC) curriculum to life through experiential projects. Each unit is carefully designed to align with MSC strands — such as Character and Morality, Civics, and Community Engagement — and transforms abstract objectives into real-world projects that children can understand, experience, and reflect on.
Whether creating a law, exploring national identity, or planning a sustainability campaign, students develop key life skills like communication, leadership, critical thinking, and ethical awareness — all while meeting curriculum goals. Our framework ensures that learning is active, age-appropriate, and deeply connected to the values the MSC curriculum promotes.
Linking Little PM with the UAE MSC Curriculum

The learning outcomes of Little PM align closely with the Moral, Social and Cultural (MSC) Framework of the U.A.E. Our projects help children actively engage with strands such as:
  • Character and Morality
  • Individual and Community
  • Civics
  • Information Literacy and Processing
By using structured, collaborative projects, children don’t just learn about these themes — they experience them. For example, workshops like “Creating a Law in the U.A.E.” simulate real civic processes, helping students understand the UAE Constitution through role-play, teamwork, and creative reflection. Projects are intentionally designed to match the action-based learning style of MSC, encouraging students to demonstrate skills such as responsibility, empathy, communication, and community participation.
The Little PM approach complements both explicit MSC instruction and cross-curricular integration, helping educators deliver meaningful learning while developing the skills and values central to UAE education.

Building Blocks of Project Management Skills
The Little PM Program is an engaging and interactive program designed to inspire children by teaching them essential project management skills in a fun and creative way.

Through hands-on activities like Lego-based challenges and collaborative problem-solving tasks, children not only learn how to plan and execute projects but also develop key skills listed above.
